Scheduling a single steering committee call across a 20-partner consortium should not take fifteen emails and three time zones. How a shared, typed project calendar in KanriFlow replaces the email back-and-forth with one event everyone already sees.

In a well-run consortium, agreeing on and communicating a meeting should cost the coordinator almost nothing. The principles are simple: one place everyone already looks, one unambiguous time, the right events for the right people, created once and propagated everywhere, and a durable record that outlives the inbox.
The dashboard surfaces the project's shared state - work-package progress, deliverables, budget, risks and the next meetings - so partners do not have to remember to check the calendar.
Each event type carries its own colour - the shape of the month is legible in a single glance, before reading a single title.
The organiser enters the time once, in Kyiv time, and KanriFlow shows the same slot in CET next to it - in the form, on the event and in the invitation email. "13:00 Kyiv / 12:00 CET" means the same instant for the partner in Lisbon and the partner in Athens. The most common cause of a missed meeting - everyone reading a different time zone into the same number - is removed by design.
When the date itself is the open question, the coordinator runs a meeting poll from the same calendar: propose a few slots, share one link, let partners mark when they are free, and confirm the best slot. The confirmed meeting becomes a calendar event with all its details - no second round of email.
A meeting poll shows every answer on one screen. One click on Confirm turns the best slot into a calendar event.
Because the event lives in one place, so do its details: the time, the format, the meeting link, the notes and the attached agenda. When it is ready, Invite Participants emails every partner contact listed on the event's work packages in one go, with the time in Kyiv and CET and an Add to Google Calendar button. Partners can also add any event to their own Google Calendar from the GCal button, with the project acronym prefixed to the title so they know at a glance which consortium it belongs to.
One invitation to every contact on the event's work packages - no hand-typed address lists.
