Anyone who has ever coordinated a project under Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ or Interreg knows the central paradox of EU-funded work: the lion's share of effort goes not into the science or innovation itself, but into administration. Dozens of partners across different countries, deadlines tied to project months (M1-M48), periodic reporting against strict templates, a budget that must match the grant agreement tables down to the cent, work plans, risk registers and an endless stream of deliverables.
Conventional project-management tools tend to get in the way rather than help here. Trello has no idea what a periodic technical report is. Asana doesn't distinguish a WP leader from a partner. MS Project won't remind you that D4.1 must be uploaded by the end of M15.
KanriFlow is a single workspace that brings together everything needed to manage an EU-funded consortium, from day one of the project to the final report. It supports Horizon Europe (RIA / IA / CSA and Lump Sum), MSCA Staff Exchanges, Erasmus+ KA2, Interreg and the LIFE programme - each with its own reporting cycles, budget tables, deadlines and partner workflows.
Interactive 48-month Gantt chart, partner periodic reporting (technical and financial), deliverable and milestone tracking, Horizon Europe budget tables 3.1f and 3.1h, AI-assisted risk register, consortium partner directory, shared calendar with iCal export, document library and optional Kanban boards for the operational layer of team work.
KanriFlow is not a generic tool adapted to EU projects - it is a platform designed from scratch around the rules of EU funding. The coordinator has nothing to translate; the system thinks the same way an EU auditor does from the first screen.
