KanriFlow Boards is an optional module that turns KanriFlow into a complete coordination workspace. It can be added to any Standard or Professional plan, or ordered as a standalone subscription for teams that only need Kanban and weekly planning. Pricing is flat at EUR 5 per active user per month - you pay only for users who actually have Boards access, and you can cancel anytime.
Boards live inside the project workspace alongside the Gantt chart, deliverables, milestones, partner directory and periodic reporting. A Kanban card can be tagged to a work package and a deliverable, weekly hours feed into the project plan, and the team calendar shows both Kanban tasks and consortium meetings in one place. Trello, Asana and Jira are general-purpose tools without the EU project context, periodic reporting or partner directory - using them in parallel forces consortia to duplicate data.
