A Horizon Europe Gantt tells you what the project should look like over 48 months. A periodic report tells you what happened in the last six. Neither tells you what your team is doing this week. That is the gap KanriFlow Boards fills: a fast operational layer where people plan their day, move Kanban cards across columns, log hours per work package and see each other on a shared calendar - all inside the project workspace.
Boards belong to work, not to people: one board per work package (WP3 - Pilots, WP5 - Dissemination, WP8 - Management), plus cross-cutting boards for Open Calls, Reporting M13-M24 or Communications. Columns describe states (Backlog, To do, In progress, Review, Done), not owners.
Cards carry title, description, assignee, due date, checklist, comments, attachments and WP/colour tags. Urgent cards get a red outline and float to the top. The Monday-to-Friday hours grid logs time per work package and per person and feeds periodic reporting without spreadsheets. The team calendar offers 3 Days, Week and Month views, drag-and-drop rescheduling and iCal export with the project acronym prefixed to every event.
Boards inherits the Admin / Team Leader / WP Leader / Member role model and adds per-board membership, so confidential work stays inside the right board. Data is stored in EU regions with row-level security on every table.
Boards runs as an optional module inside a KanriFlow project at EUR 5 per active user per month, or as a standalone Kanban + calendar + timesheet workspace for small and medium teams. See the Boards landing page for every screen and the full feature list.
