Lump Sum funding replaces actual cost reporting with lump sum shares fixed per work package and per beneficiary in Annex 2 of the Grant Agreement. At the end of each reporting period the EC pays the shares of the work packages declared completed and accepted; a work package that is not accepted is deferred to a later period. Typical projects run 24-48 months with 5-20 partners and EUR 2M-10M budgets.
KanriFlow tracks WP completion criteria, completion evidence, deliverable submission and the per-WP lump-sum allocation. Coordinators see at a glance which work packages are ready to be declared, which evidence is still missing and which payments have been requested.
No actual cost statements are collected from partners - the platform hides the Annex 4 / Annex 5 cost workflows on Lump Sum projects and surfaces WP completion reporting instead. WP leaders can also use KanriFlow Boards for Kanban-style WP completion tracking and weekly team planning.
