KanriFlow is a workspace for coordinators of EU-funded projects across Horizon Europe (RIA / IA / CSA / Lump Sum), MSCA Staff Exchanges, Erasmus+ KA2, Interreg and the LIFE programme.
The platform unifies project planning (interactive 48-month Gantt), periodic reporting (Annex 4 narrative and Annex 5 financial), deliverable and milestone tracking, budget control aligned to Horizon Europe Tables 3.1f and 3.1h, a risk register with AI-assisted insights, the consortium partner directory, calendar with iCal export and optional Kanban boards for team planning.
Hosted in the EU, role-based access (Admin, Team Leader, WP Leader, Member), Google OAuth and email login restricted to whitelisted addresses.
